I got up this morning got online and ordered Vol. 1 and 2 of "Mastering The Art Of French Cooking". The library will be wanting their copy back soon and I do plan to cook from Julia's book for 100 days. I'm so jazzed to get started on today's dinner menu. I'm planning to make Gratin Aux Fruits De Mer which is Creamed Salmon. We will have the rest of the potato soup and I haven't picked a veggie yet. I love all the cream, wine and butter!
